A simple, user-friendly tool, integrated in Platinum, to send and monitor your emailing campaigns.
Editing and predefined templates
Each newsletter can be edited through the built-in WYSIWYG editor. Before editing you can choose to apply a predefined template for your newsletter.
The newsletter editing is fully integrated with Platinum CMS, enabling you to access both multimedia archive (images and files) and the website contents (if you need to link them in the newsletter you are going to edit).
Customizable with recipient's data
Each single email of your newsletter can be customized with the recipient's data, such as: his/her username, password, name, surname, etc. The WYSIWYG editor used to edit a newsletter enables you to include "placeholders" that are automatically replaced with real user's profile data, at delivery time.
Schedule your newsletter delivery
Your newsletter delivery can be scheduled from your website administrator to take place at specific hours during a day. The back-end operator may only set a newsletter to be sent on a specific calendar day (if not set, delivery will take place by default on the next scheduled time).
Automatic newsletter composition
A newsletter can be also composed automatically with the website contents. You can actually select one or more sections from the CMS and let the newsletter be automatically composed with the contents included in such sections. This can be done by using a specific template that says which content meta-data to be included in the newsletter, such as: the content title, description, publication date, images, author, and so on.
Testing before sending
Before sending your newsletter, you probably better test it by sending it to a testing user group/email addresses. This enables you to check how your newsletter is received and displayed by recipients, before actually sending it officially.
Reports and Tracking
You can get access several reports whenever you send a newsletter. Platinum newsletter module provides you with 3 reports:
(1) Bounce tracking: a report about valid and not valid email addresses;
(2) Email opening tracking: a report about who and how many recipients have opened your newsletter;
(3) Campaign tracking: a report about who and how many recipients have clicked on links that you may have included in your newsletter.
Each report is provided both by a diagram and by a tabled list.
Each list can be even exported both in an Excel or CSV file.
